Your registration link is the self-serve way in: any company that signs up through it becomes your subaccount, with your settings already applied. In this guide we find the link and its QR code, see what a customer sees when they use it, and confirm where they land.
Step 1
The link lives with your company settings. It is yours to share however suits you: in an email, on a web page, or as a QR code on printed material.
Team Information → Links tab
The shareable registration link, with Copy beside it, and a QR code sized for print that opens the same link when scanned. Companies that sign up through either are created as subaccounts of your team.
Steps 2 and 3
A customer following your link gets a sign-up trimmed to a company account, because every company arriving this way is a customer of yours. With a white label it carries your name and colours.
Your link → Sign up → Reseller Subaccounts
The Employer or Collector choice is gone: the link already says this is a company account. They give the employer name, their own name, email and a password, and the company is created under you with your settings applied. Here the reseller is white labeled, so the page is headed with their name and painted in their colour.
A company that signed itself up through your link and one you created yourself look the same here. Their manager finishes the company setup on first sign-in and can start requesting collections straight away.
Your customers can now find their own way in. Topic 13 puts your name, logo and colours on what they see once they are there.
