Put your name on it

A white label puts your name, logo and colours on READI Collect for every company under you. In this guide we set the branding, see what a web address of your own adds, and look at what a customer sees once it is in place.

Steps 1 and 2

Set your branding

The White Label tab appears on Team Information once READI has switched the white label on for your account. Two colours and a logo do most of the work.

Team Information → White Label tab → Save changes

I do not see a White Label tab.
White label is a platform setting that READI switches on for a reseller account. If you have been set up as a reseller and want the white label as well, contact us and we will enable it; the tab appears as soon as it is on.
Which logo works best?
A square or near-square PNG with a transparent background, since it is shown small in the header, larger on the sign-in pages, and in emails. Test it in both light and dark mode with the switch in the header.

Upload a logo and pick your brand colour and sidebar text colour

The logo goes in the header, on sign-in pages and in emails. The brand colour paints the sidebar and the sign-in pages, and the sidebar text colour is whatever reads well on top of it. Save changes and your own screens update at once.

Access URLs is the web address your customers will use, such as collect.yourcompany.com; enter it here and contact READI to finish the setup, since its DNS has to point at the platform. Email from is the address your customers' emails come from once it is verified. Hide app links keeps the App Store and Google Play buttons off your customers' screens.

Steps 3 and 4

What your customers see

Branding cascades. Every company under you gets it without doing anything, and cannot change it.

A subaccount's dashboard → their Team Information

Can a subaccount set its own branding?
No. Their Team Information says the branding comes from you, and the White Label tab does not appear for them. That keeps every company in your network looking the same.
Where does "Powered by READI Collect" appear?
Under your name in the header. READI can remove it for a white label account on request.

Sign in as one of your customers

Their sidebar carries your colour, your logo sits in the header, and the same branding runs through their sign-in pages and emails. Nothing about how they request collections changes; only whose name is on it.

Where a normal company edits its logo and colours, a company under you is told the branding comes from your network and is set there. Everything else on the page, their DER, their sites, their defaults, is still theirs to manage.

You should now be able to
What is next

That is your side of READI Collect. Your customers use the same guides as everyone else, starting at Topic 1, and they will see your branding on every screen in them.
